Refund policy

Not in love with your purchase? No worries, we are here to help. All unopened products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date (not the purchase date). If a product is opened, we cannot take it back. If a product is defective, it must be returned immediately upon opening and within the 14 days of the delivery date.

If you purchase a product from us online and would like to return it, you will have to box it and ship it back to 1034 U.S Highway 46, Unit 1, Ledgewood, NJ, 07852. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are no returns on gift card, sale, or clearance items. All sales are final.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
